Where do I find my device code?
Open the app on your TV or device. The 7-digit code and 6-digit PIN are shown on the start screen.
I paid but nothing happened
Activation completes when the payment is confirmed, usually within a minute. Do not pay again — contact support with your reference and we'll sort it.
Which devices are supported?
Install on the platforms listed on the Apps page. Each one is shown honestly — a demo preview or “coming soon” where a store listing is on the way.
Does MIMEYE provide channels or content?
No. MIMEYE is media player software. It does not provide or sell television channels, playlists or content subscriptions. You use content and services you are authorised to access.
